Warforged Traits
Ability Score Increase. Your Constitution score increases by 2.

Speed. Your base speed is 30 feet.

Composite Plating. You gain a +1 bonus to Armor Class.

Incredible Resolve. You can end any incapacitated, paralyzed, or stunned condition effecting you at the start of your turn. You must complete a short rest before you can use this ability again.

Living Construct. Even though you were constructed, you are a humanoid. You are immune to disease. You do not need to eat or breathe, but you can ingest food and drink if you wish. You do not need to sleep and are immune to sleep effects, but you must still rest for 8 hours to regain spells. You are also resistant to poison damage and have advantage to save against poison.

Soldier
Increase your Strength by 1.

Armor Integration: During a short rest, you can bond a suit of armor you are wearing to your body. When you finish that short rest, the armor you are wearing is bonded to you, and it cannot subsequently be removed from your body until you finish another short rest during which time you remove the bonded armor. You are considered proficient in this armor. If you bond a Medium armor, you can add your full Dexterity bonus to your AC. If you bond a Heavy armor, you may add up to +2 of your Dexterity bonus to AC.

Increase your Dexterity by 1.

Your size becomes Small.

Your movement speed becomes 35 feet.
